The Central Library of Women’s Christian College is almost as old as the College itself. Fully automated with Koha Library Software it is the nerve centre of learning resources in the institution. It has Reference and Lending Sections, a Rare Books Archive, a Book Bank, a Reading Room equipped with a UGC Resource Network Centre, a Career Development Cell (with books and journals related to competitive examinations) and New Arrivals Display, an Audio-Visual Collection and an e-resources section with subscribed e-books and journals along with links to free and open educational resources sites such as egyankosh etc. The Central Library hosts events and organizes seminars/webinars and programmes such as Library Day, World Book Day and other such national and international days.
